Computershare’s Global Entity Management System (GEMS™) is a centralized platform that consolidates critical entity data and documents across jurisdictions. The application contains rich and complex entity relationships, including compliance records, board minutes, and hierarchical structures—making it a powerful yet intricate system.
With the increasing complexity of regulatory landscapes and the vast volume of entity data, documents, and jurisdictional requirements, governance professionals face a mounting challenge: staying current with ever-evolving changes while navigating GEMS efficiently.
Users often need to locate specific documents, extract meaningful data, understand how to use certain features of the system, or generate insights from existing content.
