Software delivery, rebuilt around AI agents. With engineers still holding the gate.
We change how software gets built, not just how fast one developer types. SpurTree delivery teams work inside ADIS, our AI software factory, where agents handle requirements analysis, design mapping, code generation, test creation, debt tracking and security scanning. Our engineers specify the work, review every plan and diff, and approve each change before it ships. Every requirement traces through to the code, tests and security evidence that satisfied it.
The problems this solves.
AI sits in the editor, not the lifecycle
Coding assistants make individual developers faster, but requirements, approvals, test evidence and the audit trail still live in people's heads and scattered tools.
Delivery depends on a few people
When the senior engineer who understands the system leaves, the knowledge goes with them. New joiners spend weeks borrowing their time to catch up.
Quality and security lag behind the code
Tests are written from memory of the spec, scanners produce thousands of alerts nobody reads, and gaps are found after release rather than before.
Technical debt nobody can see
Debt is argued about anecdotally instead of triaged by impact, and the same issues are rediscovered and re-litigated every few months.
AI-Native Software Engineering services.
AI Software Factory
End-to-end software delivery run by a SpurTree team through ADIS agents — from first requirement to reviewed release.
AI-Enabled SDLC
AI across requirements, architecture, coding, testing, security and maintenance — introduced stage by stage, with human approval at each gate.
AI-Native Engineering PODs
A dedicated SpurTree team — a spurtree POD — running your roadmap through ADIS, every stage, every week.
Related capabilities
From problem to production.
Ground the work in your real codebase
Discovery agents index your repositories first, so requirements, plans and generated code describe the system you have rather than the one that was planned.
Agree the plan before the code
Requirements go through review and multi-stage approval, and a technical architect signs off the design before an agent starts building.
Let agents do the repeatable work
Coder, test and scanner agents produce implementation, test suites and findings against your standards. Our engineers review every diff before it merges.
Keep the evidence on record
Each change traces back to the requirement that caused it through the ADIS traceability grid, and everything lands in your repositories and tracker.
Questions customers ask.
How is this different from buying ADIS?
ADIS is the platform. These are services: a SpurTree team runs your requirements through ADIS, makes the engineering decisions and approves each change. You get the delivery, not just the tooling.
Does AI ship code to production without a person checking it?
No. Every change needs a human-approved plan before an agent starts work and a human-reviewed pull request before it merges. Approval gates can be configured per environment.
Do we have to change our tools?
No. ADIS works against your existing repositories and synchronises requirements with Jira and Azure DevOps. Code, pull requests and reports stay in systems you already control.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope. A spurtree POD running new product development through ADIS starts at $20,000 per month; maintenance-focused work on an existing codebase is typically priced lower. We'll propose after a discovery conversation.
